By downloading, installing, or using Muzo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Muzo regarding your use of the Muzo
application and website. These Terms apply to all users.
What Muzo Is
Muzo is a free Android music player that allows users to discover and stream music from third-party sources
including YouTube. Muzo does not host, own, distribute, or claim ownership of any music content accessible
through the app. All content is provided by third-party platforms subject to their own terms.
Subject to these Terms, Muzo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to
install and use the app on your personal Android device for personal, non-commercial use.
Allowed Use
You may use Muzo to:
Discover, stream, and listen to music for personal entertainment
Download or permanently copy streamed content without rights holder permission
Circumvent or disable any content protection mechanisms
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
Reverse engineer or decompile the app beyond what applicable law permits

Third-Party Content
All music, lyrics, and related content accessible through Muzo is provided by third-party platforms subject
to their own terms. Muzo is a client interface — we do not host, store, modify, or redistribute this content.
Muzo makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, availability, or legality of any third-party content. Access
may change or be unavailable at any time without notice.
Downloading or recording YouTube content through Muzo may violate YouTube's Terms of Service. Please stream
responsibly.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Muzo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app
will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that content will be accurate or available. Your use is entirely at your
own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Muzo and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. As Muzo is
free, our maximum aggregate liability is zero.
Termination
You may stop using Muzo at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to discontinue the
app or any of its features at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith discussion. If
formal resolution is required, it shall be conducted in the jurisdiction applicable to the project
maintainers.
